Meeting of faculty members and first-year students of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology and Social Work.
At the beginning of the event, the dean of the faculty, Natalia Anatoliivna Voropai, addressed the students with words of welcome, wishing the freshmen successful studies, interesting student years, new opportunities, and professional development.
During the meeting, students were introduced to the structure and composition of the faculty, the specifics of its activities, educational programs, and the opportunities that open up before students.
Separately, freshmen were introduced to the work of the pedagogical department. Lyubov Yevgenivna Petukhova, the head of the pedagogical department, spoke about its structure, specialties, educational opportunities, and features of study.
Students were also introduced to the activities of the Department of Psychology, History, and Sociology. Irina Vasylivna Shaposhnykova, the head of the department, spoke about the department's areas of work, educational programs, and opportunities for students.
The heads of the student council — Anna Bokhonko and Rostyslav Yevsiukov — also spoke, telling freshmen about student self-governance, activities, events, initiatives, and opportunities to get involved in faculty life.
After all, the university is not just about studying, but also about new acquaintances, experience, creativity, self-realization, and countless opportunities for development.
