The Department of Physics and Mathematics Disciplines and Teaching Methodology invites you to the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference
The Department of Physics and Mathematics Disciplines and Teaching Methodology of the Faculty of Digital Technologies, Natural Sciences and Mathematics of Kherson State University invites teachers and higher education students to participate in the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference «Formation of professional competence of future teachers of natural science and mathematics disciplines in the context of digitalization of higher education».
The conference will be held November 26–27, 2026 at the Faculty of Digital Technologies, Natural Sciences and Mathematics of KSU (Ivano-Frankivsk).
The purpose of the conference is to summarize the results of scientific research, exchange scientific and methodological experience, and discuss current issues in the training of future teachers of natural science and mathematics disciplines in the context of the digital transformation of education.
Thematic areas of work:
1. Theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of professional competence of future teachers of natural science and mathematics disciplines.
2. Digital competence of a teacher: structure, diagnostics, development.
3. Innovative methods of teaching mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, and computer science in higher education institutions.
4. Digital tools, virtual laboratories, and modeling in natural science and mathematics education.
5. Artificial intelligence in the training of teachers of natural science and mathematics disciplines.
6. Digital transformation of the educational environment of a higher education institution.
7. Pedagogical practice and scientific research work of students in the context of digitalization.
8. Assessment and monitoring of the quality of training of future teachers in the digital space.
9. Psycho-pedagogical readiness and «soft skills» of future teachers for working in a digital environment.
10. International experience and continuous professional development of teachers of natural science and mathematics disciplines.
11. Assistive technologies for inclusive education.
Participation is possible in person or remotely.
Languages — Ukrainian and English.
Participants will receive an electronic collection of abstracts and an electronic certificate (6 hours / 0.2 ECTS credits).
The organizational fee is 250 UAH.
