The «ShpindeL’» Antique — a museum-restaurant, in which gastronomy is combined with history, collecting, and original design. Every element of the interior has its own story, and visiting the establishment offers not only gastronomic impressions but also an introduction to cultural heritage.

During the meeting, the restaurant owner, Olga, told the students the story of the establishment's creation. The beginning of the future business was an antique mirror that her husband inherited. Eventually, the passion for antiques grew into the idea of creating a themed restaurant where every detail forms a special atmosphere. Today, «ShpindeL’» is a recognizable restaurant in Ivano-Frankivsk. It became the winner of the television project «The Best Restaurant with Ruslan Senichkin» on the «1+1» TV channel, and also receives high ratings from visitors on the Tripadvisor travel platform. During the communication, special attention was paid to entrepreneurial thinking, finding one's own concept, and the importance of perseverance in implementing business ideas.

«Do not be afraid of anything! If you are in doubt but have an idea — go for it. You will succeed!» — the restaurant owner addressed the students.

For future hospitality and restaurant professionals, this meeting served as an example of how a personal passion can turn into a successful business, and a unique idea can become the basis for the establishment's positioning in the restaurant services market. Students had the opportunity to see how a restaurant concept is formed, and the role played by atmosphere, brand history, an individual approach to guests, and the creation of an emotional experience.
