On October 5, a consultation meeting was held with second-year master's students from the Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology, and Social Work at Kherson State University regarding changes to the procedures for preparing and publishing qualification theses.

At the beginning of the meeting, Alona Balioha, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Methods of Preschool and Primary Education, spoke about the sequence of preparing the qualification work for defense, the main organizational aspects, and the new requirements regarding its publication.

Next, the Director of the KSU Scientific Library, Alla Koval, focused on the practical part. She demonstrated to master's students how to sign the qualification work with a qualified electronic signature (QES), the format in which files must be prepared, and how to correctly submit them to the university's electronic repository.

During the demonstration, master's students saw the entire algorithm for submitting the work – from file preparation to their submission for publication in the repository.

At the end of the meeting, students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarifications regarding the new requirements.
