In April–June 2026, Svitlana Klymovych participated in the Vidnova Plus Engagement program, aimed at strengthening social participation and supporting community activity.

Within the framework of the 40-hour program, the participant worked on developing competencies in the fields of organizational development, facilitation, project management, and communication. The program also covered issues of volunteering in Germany, attracting funding for social initiatives, and using digital tools for teamwork and strategic communication.

The combination of learning with the opportunity to implement one's own ideas proved to be particularly valuable. Within the program, Svitlana Klimovych worked on the project «I — language», which became a space for reflecting on the role of the Ukrainian language, culture, and identity in the lives of Ukrainians abroad.

The participant began applying the acquired knowledge and practical skills in volunteer activities in Potsdam, specifically within the framework of cooperation with PUSH-UA: Potsdam-Ukraine Soziokultureller Hub e.V. The next step is the development of her own initiative for Ukrainian children within the space of the organization's Ukrainian library — creating an environment where, through language, reading, creativity, and shared activities, children can maintain a connection with Ukrainian culture and their own identity.
