On September 8, a meeting of the admissions committee took place at Kherson State University. The event was held under the chairmanship of Rector Oleksandr Spivakovsky, with the participation of vice-rectors, deans, and other representatives of the admissions committee.

During the meeting, issues were considered regarding the distribution of the state order volume for the training of PhD candidates among specialties within the relevant fields of knowledge, the admission of applicants to take entrance examinations for the PhD degree in 2026, as well as the admission of applicants to undergo entrance examinations in a remote format.

Natalia Voropay, the responsible secretary of the Admissions Committee, delivered the report.

Following the discussion, the members of the Admissions Committee supported the draft decisions. In particular, the distribution of the state order volume granted to Kherson State University in 2026 for the training of higher education students for the PhD degree among the specialties for which the training of third (educational and scientific) level higher education students is carried out, was approved.

A decision was also made to admit 45 applicants to take the entrance examinations for the PhD degree in 2026.

Furthermore, the Admissions Committee partially supported the decision to admit applicants to take the entrance examinations for the PhD degree in 206 in a remote format.
