KSU presented an analysis of the dissemination activity of the DigiUni project partners
During the meeting of those responsible for dissemination from the partner universities of the Erasmus+ DigiUni – The Digital University – Open Ukrainian Initiative («Digital University – Open Ukrainian Initiative») at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, they discussed the analysis and development of the project's dissemination system.
Within the framework of the 2nd Intermediate Project Management Meeting of the Erasmus+ DigiUni consortium partners, two strategic sessions dedicated to project dissemination took place on August 17. The first block of the meeting was led by the representative of the project coordinator – Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Olha Bohovin, who presented an institutional approach to organizing dissemination, the university's successful communication practices, and provided partners with practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of information activities. The second strategic session was moderated by the Vice-Rector for Internationalization of Kherson State University, Alla Tsapiv.
The event was dedicated to analyzing the dissemination activities of the partner universities, evaluating the use of various communication channels, and determining further steps for popularizing the project results.
During the presentation, Alla Tsapiv presented the results of a comprehensive monitoring of the information activity of DigiUni partners. The analysis covered the official websites of the universities, social networks, video content, English-language information resources, and the effectiveness of various communication channels.
Participants examined not only quantitative indicators but also content quality, audience reach, user engagement, and the sustainability of information work. Based on the monitoring results, practical recommendations for the further development of communication activities were presented to the partners.
In particular, it addressed the need to:
- maintain the relevance of project pages;
- ensure equivalent content for the Ukrainian and English versions of information resources;
- more actively use news from the official DigiUni website as a news hook;
- strengthen interaction between universities in social networks;
- develop a unified communication ecosystem for the consortium.
During the discussion, participants emphasized that today, dissemination goes far beyond traditional information about the project's progress. It is becoming a tool for building trust, demonstrating real results, ensuring project sustainability, and creating a unified information space for the partners.
Participants noted that joint work is already contributing to the formation of a new communication standard for the digital transformation of Ukrainian higher education. At the same time, the main task remains transforming individual successful practices into a systemic approach that will ensure the long-term sustainability of the project results.
At the end of the meeting, the partners thanked each other for the constructive discussion, exchange of experience, and readiness for joint work. The developed recommendations will serve as the basis for a checklist for partners for project dissemination until the end of 2026.
