The First Vice-Rector of KSU met with colleagues from Kharkiv National Pedagogical University

The event was attended by the dean of the Ukrainian Language and Literature Faculty named after H. F. Kvitka-Osnovyanenko, Professor Kostiantyn Holoborodko, and the head of the Department of Ukrainian Studies and Linguodidactics, Professor Olena Malenko.

During the meeting, they discussed the experience of the universities' work, modern challenges, and prospects for further academic cooperation.

Creative and scientific interaction between colleagues has been ongoing for over three decades. During this time, many joint professional initiatives have been implemented, scientific discussions held, and various projects realized. Today, this cooperation is gaining new opportunities for development and expansion.

During the meeting, Serhii Omelchuk familiarized his Kharkiv colleagues with the specifics of Kherson State University's operations under displacement conditions, the organization of the educational process and scientific activity, the challenges facing the university community, as well as the solutions that enable the continuity of the university's work and its further development.

The meeting participants paid special attention to the prospects of academic cooperation. They discussed directions for joint philological and linguodidactic research, opportunities for implementing scientific and educational initiatives, experience exchange, as well as the involvement of teachers and young scientists from both universities in joint projects.
