Ahead of the new academic year, the parties discussed the possibilities for housing KSU students who will be traveling to Ivano-Frankivsk for an in-person week, in the dormitories of Carpathian National University. Also discussed was the accommodation of KSU faculty and staff.
Oleksandr Spivakovskyi thanked for the support that Kherson State University has been receiving from Carpathian National University for five years already. According to him, thanks to this partnership, KSU has the opportunity to use the infrastructure of the partner university.
The KSU rector also announced the signing of a memorandum of cooperation. The document will formalize the agreements reached and open new opportunities for interaction between the two universities.
«For me, this is the modern philosophy of the Ukrainian university environment: not competition for the sake of competition, but complementarity, mutual reinforcement, and partnership. Because Ukrainian universities should not compete with each other for the future – we must create it together», – noted KSU Rector Oleksandr Spivakovskyi.
