The 40-hour training "Principles of a trauma-informed approach for the mental well-being of the community" has concluded.

Over the course of two weeks, 69 participants underwent training, deepened their knowledge regarding the principles of a trauma-informed approach, mastered modern practical tools for supporting psychological well-being and developing resilience, exchanged professional experience, and gained new ideas for implementation in their daily professional activities.
The training program consisted of four substantive modules:
- «Understanding Trauma»
- «Principles of a Trauma-Informed Approach»
- «Trauma-Informed Practice in Action»
- «Vicarious Trauma and Staff Well-being»
Participants explored modern approaches to understanding individual and collective trauma, principles of creating a safe environment, features of trauma-sensitive interaction, psychological support for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as mastered practical tools for self-regulation, stabilization, prevention of re-traumatization, and professional burnout.
