Library Board Meeting: Results and Key Decisions
Another meeting of the library council was held, dedicated to issues of organization of library documentation and work planning for the academic year.
During the meeting, the participants discussed topical issues of preservation and systematization of library reports, protocols and work plans.
The issue of organizing the library's exhibition activities was also considered. The preparation of book and virtual exhibitions is planned, particularly for faculty anniversaries, which will allow for strengthening the scientific and information support of the educational process.
Among the important decisions are the improvement of the system for recording minutes of Library Council meetings, as well as the formation of a centralized document storage. Particular emphasis was placed on the need to take into account future structural changes in faculties when planning reporting and the operation of the repository.
The Library Council continues its work on improving internal processes, increasing the efficiency of document flow, and developing information support for scientific activities.
Together we are working towards a modern, open, and systematic library.
