Representatives of Kherson State University, including Liubov Petukhova, Dean of the Faculty of Education, and Nataliia Voropai, Acting Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Preschool and Primary Education, participated in a seminar within the framework of the "Country of Knowledge" educational program. The event was hosted by Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University and attended by Oleh Topuzov, Vice President of the National Academy of Educational Sciences (NAES) of Ukraine and Director of the Institute of Pedagogy of the NAES of Ukraine.
The discussion focused on the results of implementing the "Country of Knowledge" educational program, its potential for school education, changes in curriculum content, new approaches to teacher training, and the responsibility of higher education institutions in shaping educators capable of working amidst uncertainty, digital transformations, and societal challenges. The participants also discussed the possibility of involving the community of the KSU Faculty of Education in the implementation of this project.
We are grateful to the organizers, colleagues, and all participants for an insightful exchange of ideas, professional openness, and readiness to jointly seek solutions for the development of Ukrainian education. We are convinced that the country's future is shaped precisely through such dialogues—honest, professional, and centered on the child, the teacher, and Ukraine.
