KSU is among the winners of the Ukrainian-Polish Youth Exchanges 2026 competition
The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine has announced the results of a project competition within the framework of Ukrainian-Polish youth exchanges. Among the winning projects – an initiative by Kherson State University.
Based on the results of the voting by members of the Ukrainian-Polish Exchange Council, 11 projects were selected to receive financial support for implementation in 202<0xA0>6. Among the winning projects is an initiative by Kherson State University, «Skills Upgrading for Resilience and Development: Social, Digital, and Management Opportunities,», which will be implemented together with our long-term partner – Pomeranian University in Słupsk (Poland).
The project is designed to help young people acquire the skills necessary for successful adaptation to the challenges of the modern world. Its implementation is a response to the pressing needs of the younger generation in the context of war, rapid digitalization of society, transformation of the labor market, and the rapid development of technologies and artificial intelligence.
Particular attention will be paid to the development of:
- leadership competencies;
- digital literacy;
- management skills;
- social responsibility;
- psychological resilience and adaptability.
An important component of the project will be the strengthening of Ukrainian-Polish youth partnership and intercultural dialogue. Participants from Ukraine and Poland will have the opportunity to exchange experience, work together on solving pressing social challenges, and deepen mutual understanding between our countries.
Thanks to collaborative work, intercultural interaction, and the discussion of socially important topics, the project will contribute to the development of tolerance, empathy, respect for diversity, and the formation of an active European youth community.
