Webinar “Electronic Resources for Science and Education in Ukraine”
Employees of the Scientific Library of Kherson State University joined the webinar organized on the occasion of Open Government Week and Science Day in Ukraine.
During the event, participants became familiar with current electronic resources for supporting research and educational activities, as well as opportunities to use international platforms and databases provided free of charge for Ukraine. In particular, it covered the resources EIFL, Research4Life, Web of Science, Scopus, Bentham Science and other tools for the development of scientific communication and conducting research.
The webinar speakers were – Kimberly J. Parker (Programme Manager, Hinari; World Health Organization, Switzerland, Olena Rachynska (DNBT of Ukraine), Tetiana Yaroshenko (DNBT of Ukraine), Iryna Tykhonkova (Clarivate).
Participation in such professional events contributes to increasing the level of information support for university researchers, the development of open science, and the implementation of modern digital services into library activities.
