KSU joined the jury of the international arts competition in Prague.
In early May, the AVE BOHEMIA International Arts Competition-Festival was held in Prague. Alla Rekhlitska, head of the choreographic arts section at Kherson State University, was invited to evaluate the contestants' performances.
Alla Rekhlitska – Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine, head of the Kherson regional branch of the National Choreographic Union of Ukraine, artistic director of the "Suziria" folk dance ensemble of Kherson State University. She has extensive work experience and has repeatedly served as chair and jury member of international-level choreography competitions.
According to her, the AVE BOHEMIA arts competition-festival is an event that has long since become not just a competition, but a special artistic territory where new dreams, creative revelations, and future stars are born.
"This festival proves that true art has no borders or language barriers. It lives in the eyes of children before they take the stage, in the silence of the hall before the first sound of music, in the excitement of teachers, and in the applause that unites people from different countries in a single rhythm of creativity," – noted Alla Rekhlitska.
As a permanent jury member, she expressed gratitude to the organizers for their ability to create an entire artistic world every year with its own atmosphere, aesthetics, and soul.
"A special fascination is caused by the ability to surprise — those unexpected creative surprises and emotional accents that are eagerly awaited not only by the participants but also by us, the jury members.
The high culture of organization, a subtle sense of artistic style, and the extremely high artistic level of the festival once again prove that AVE BOHEMIA is an event of European scale, which shapes not only performers but also future cultural consciousness." – summarized Alla Rekhlitska.
