On May 20, 2025, as part of Science Days at Kherson State University, a public lecture was delivered by the Rector of KSU, Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Spivakovskyi, titled "Leadership in the Language of Algebraic Structures, or How to Be a Leader with the Precision of AI." The lecture addressed one of the most pressing issues of our time — how the nature of leadership is changing amidst the rapid development of artificial intelligence.

Today, artificial intelligence is not only a tool for processing information but also a conversational partner. During his speech, the Rector emphasized that AI can analyze, structure information, and formulate suggestions. However, the creation of meaning remains exclusively within the human domain. Entering into a dialogue with AI, a person shapes not only new knowledge but also themselves.

Oleksandr Volodymyrovych also drew attention to how AI "perceives" a person — not through physical traits, but through language, logic, the consistency of reasoning, and intent. Yet, this model is not alive — it does not feel or create emotions. It describes structures without experiencing them.

Concluding his speech, Oleksandr Volodymyrovych voiced the central idea of the lecture, which resonates with the key challenges of our time:
"We are not users, but interlocutors. We are not passengers, but navigators in interaction with a consciousness that learns from us so that we may better understand ourselves."
