On May 14, a master class was held on the topic “Facial Self-Massage: Techniques, Benefits, and Psychological Aspects”. The event was hosted by Natalia Lemeshko, a 3rd year student, who shared the knowledge and practical skills acquired during her studies and personal experience in practical activities.
During the master class, participants were introduced to the basic methods of facial self-massage, learned about its physiological effect, impact on blood circulation, muscle tone, and reduction of puffiness. Particular attention was paid to the psychological aspect — how self-massage helps reduce stress levels, improve well-being, and increase emotional comfort.
The event was held in a warm atmosphere and was accompanied by active participation of the students, who had the opportunity not only to listen to theoretical material, but also to practice the techniques in practice.
