The third day of the face-to-face study week at the Faculty of Pedagogy began with a particularly symbolic event — the planting of roses in front of the main building of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.
The event, titled “The KSU Rose Alley,” was dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the founding of the university, which has become a temporary home for Kherson State University during the war.
With gratitude and warmth, we joined this meaningful initiative by planting 85 roses — as a symbol of respect, support, and mutual understanding.
Among the participants were our students, lecturers, the Rector of Kherson State University, Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Spivakovskyi, First Vice-Rector, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Ukrainian and Slavic Philology and Journalism, Serhii Arkadiiovych Omelchuk, the Rector of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, Ihor Yevhenovych Tsependa, and representatives of the Precarpathian University.
For us, this is more than just planting flowers — it is about unity, mutual support, and putting down new roots in a new place, with faith in returning home.
