Webinar work "Personnel Management in Wartime: The Team of the Future"

On January 21, 2025, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy, Sociology and Social Work Shvets T.M. joined the webinar “Personnel Management during War: The Team of the Future”, organized and conducted by the international consulting company Develor Ukraine.

The webinar is dedicated to discussing key issues regarding the challenges facing companies in Ukraine related to working in war conditions, such as: overcoming personnel hunger; attracting new “categories”; main obstacles to inclusion; a new approach to the mental health of company employees; how to find lost meaning and motivation to work further; burnout of leaders and team members at enterprises; tension in teams; effective implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in the work of companies; the problem of a shortage of qualified personnel; how companies survive in a period when the only stability is change. During the webinar, the results of the White Book published by the international consulting company Develor Ukraine were processed based on the results of in-depth interviews, the questions of which related to the main challenges of 2024 and best practices for overcoming them by Ukrainian companies and enterprises in wartime.
