I All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Priority Areas for the Development of Physical Culture, Sports and Recreation”

On October 25, 2024, the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports hosted the First All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Priority Areas of Development of Physical Culture, Sports and Recreation”, which covered a wide range of topics related to sports, physical education and health, including discussions on martial arts tactics, competition systems in professional sports and innovative methods of training athletes in various sports. The presentations addressed the challenges faced by athletes and educational institutions during martial law, as well as the importance of physical activity for mental and physical well-being. Nearly one hundred participants joined the scientific event. Among them were well-known scientists, university professors, doctoral students, postgraduate students, and master's students. Our friends and co-organizers were the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of the PNU, the Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports and Health of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, and Ivan Bobersky Lviv State University of Physical Culture.
The scientific and practical conference was held in a mixed format - at the Ivano-Frankivsk office of Kherson State University and online.
I sincerely thank all the participants for their active participation, interesting reports and lively discussions. Thanks to your speeches, exchange of ideas and constructive dialog, our conference has become a truly meaningful scientific event. I hope that the ideas and developments gained during the conference will be implemented in your future research.
