Today, April 18, V. M. Kobets, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering held an open lecture on the topic "Development of Telegram bots for personalized financial consultations" for future applicants of the Faculty of Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics and everyone else. During the lecture, the use of messenger chat-bots to provide automated financial advice was presented, which helps to calculate personal savings programs to ensure a constant level of consumption. Listeners were able to learn that the app uses a life cycle hypothesis model and generates a personalized savings plan based on the information provided by the user. The lecturer compared different approaches to the development of messenger bots. The research presented focuses on the Telegram platform and includes an overview of the Telegram Bot API and the process of developing a chat-bot using the Java programming language. |
