On November 12, 2021 within the framework of the International Specialized Exhibition "Education and Career - 2021" the Department of Content and Technologies of Pedagogical Education of the Ivan Zyazyun Institute of Pedagogical Education and Adult Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine held a webinar "Practical training of modern teachers in vocational modern challenges ".
Teachers, heads of practices from different regions of Ukraine (Sumy State Pedagogical University named after AS Makarenko, Kherson State University, Poltava National Pedagogical University named after VG Korolenko, Chernivtsi National University named after Yuri Fedkovych, Berdychiv Pedagogical College, Ivano-Frankivsk College SHEI "Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University", Lutsk Pedagogical College) presented the experience of practical training taking into account modern problems. Lidia Lymarenko, Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Cultural Studies, spoke on behalf of the Faculty of Culture and Arts of Kherson State University with a report "Industrial practice in training future culturologists"
Based on the results of the event, it was recommended: to conclude a workshop for the organization of pedagogical practice of future teachers in the conditions of distance learning for institutions of higher pedagogical education; to involve teachers, heads of practices in the preparation of analytical materials on the problems and prospects of organizing various types of practices in institutions of professional higher and higher education.
