Cooperation with our regular stakeholder partners takes place in various formats, but is always interesting, productive and useful for the educational process at the Faculty of Business and Law.
Today an interdepartmental working meeting was held in the format of a round table on the topic: "Problematic issues of ensuring the right to protection of persons detained under Article 298-2 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine for criminal offenses, as well as persons subject to administrative detention / arrest" . The purpose of the working meeting is to establish effective and efficient communication, to develop agreed positions at the regional level on preventing violations of the right to protection of persons detained by authorized officials for criminal offenses, administrative offenses and administrative arrests. Following the meeting, it was agreed to prepare joint proposals for amendments to regulations related to the above issues.
