Dear colleagues!

The Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the "MTOT") presents the information and reference manual "ABV ... Armed Conflict in Terms", developed and published on the initiative of the ILO.

The handbook contains a glossary of terms on international and Ukrainian law relating to armed conflict; information on the Ukrainian authorities and the division of functions between them in the context of armed conflict and the temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine; information on international governmental and non-governmental organizations providing humanitarian assistance in Ukraine working in the field of peacebuilding and conflict management; information on conflict-sensitive groups. The guide also lists the normative documents and legislation adopted by Ukraine since 2014 to resolve issues related to armed conflict and the temporary occupation of part of Ukraine's territory.
