Medical center "KSU - medical"

The medical center "KSU medicalc" of Kherson State University is a health care institution, which is a medical, educational and scientific structural division of the medical faculty of Kherson State University.

The medical center was created by renaming the Scientific-Practical Center for Correction, Rehabilitation and Development of Children and Youth of the Medical Faculty of KSU with the right to share with the Pedagogical Faculty of KSU the offices for the development and correction of psychophysiological functions, approved by the decision of the Scientific Council of KSU (Protocol No. 7 dated 12.21.2020).

The center was created in response to the urgent need to combine the educational process with real practice, ensure quality training of students and provide medical services to the population as part of the university's social responsibility.

🔬 Main areas of activity:

Practical training of students of the specialty 222 "Medicine" in conditions close to clinical ones;

Conducting diagnostic, advisory, preventive measures;

Scientific and research activities in the field of medicine, public health, prevention;

Conducting educational trainings, simulations, master classes for education seekers.

🎓 For students of higher education: 

The center is an official base for medical faculty students. This is where they can:

undergo practical training,

participate in taking an anamnesis, conducting examinations and primary diagnostics under the guidance of experienced teachers and doctors.

health care institutions of the city of Kherson and the region,

Primary health care centers, laboratory institutions.

Center for public health, international educational and scientific programs.
