The Intellectual Property Department was established in 2006 in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 631 dated November 1, 2005 "On the Creation of Intellectual Property Departments" for the purpose of effective use of intellectual potential, ensuring modern methods of managing activities in the field of intellectual property and promoting development of a civilized system of commercialization of objects of intellectual property rights as part of the Kherson State University.
