KSU installed a generator near the Vasyl Stefanyk KNU dormitory
Preparing for a difficult winter and energy threats caused by Russian aggression, today near the dormitory of KNU named after Vasyl Stefanyk installed another electric generator.
It will help meet the basic daily needs of students and teachers KSU, who currently reside in Ivano-Frankivsk, as well as our colleagues and students of Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University during prolonged power outages.
"This result — the work of the Kherson State University team, the support of international partners, interaction with the Kherson Regional and City Military Administrations, and cooperation with Carpathian University. Thank you to everyone who helped turn collective efforts into concrete assistance to people.
Partnership gains significance when it can be felt in one's own daily life. In the ability to charge a phone. In the light under which a student continues their studies. In a slightly calmer evening after a hard day.
For us, responsibility for the university community extends beyond the classrooms. It begins with attention to how our people live and is embodied in decisions that support them every day.
We cannot cancel all the trials of this winter. But we can ensure that our people have more light and support nearby. And today we took another step toward this", - noted KSU Rector Oleksandro Spivakovskyi.
