KSU Students Participate in a Specialized Training on Youth Work with Veterans
Students of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology and Social Work of Kherson State University have joined an important educational and social initiative!
At the invitation of the Youth and Sports Department of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, higher education students Mariia Domanchuk and Nataliia Domanchuk (majoring in Social Work and Counseling and Sociology) are taking part in the specialized training of the “Youth Worker” Program entitled “Youth Work with Veterans.”
The main objectives of the event are:
- enhancing the professional competence of specialists working with young people;
- developing practical skills in the field of youth work with veterans;
- exchanging experience in supporting, adapting, and engaging young veterans in active community life.
The participation of our students in events of this level is an extremely important step in the development of practical competencies that are critically necessary for modern social workers and sociologists.
