Collection of research papers “South archive (philological sciences)”  (category B) is a philological journal founded in 1998.

Collection of Scientific Papers "South Archive (Philological Sciences)" is included in category "B" of the List of scientific professional editions of Ukraine in the specialty 035 "Philology" on the basis of Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 409 of 17.03.2020

Frequency: 4 times a year.

The journal is included in Index Copernicus International (Poland) international scientometric database.

The journal covers the current issues of Slavic and foreign philology, literature studies, linguistics, translations studies, comparative literature.

The editorial board carries out external and internal reviews of all received articles. The editorial board of the collection includes leading Ukrainian and foreign scholars. The journal cooperates with the best Ukrainian and foreign HEI, public and local authorities. Such cooperation involves publication of information materials and scientific articles, performance of round tables at the premises of the journal office. The collection contains scientific-theoretical and practical materials on topical general-theoretical and branch philological issues.

Articles of doctors of sciences, candidates of sciences, young scientists (graduate students, applicants), as well as other persons with higher education and engaged in scientific activity are accepted for printing. The editorial board reserves the right to review, edit, reduce and reject articles. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the facts, statistics and other information. Reprinting of materials in the collection is allowed only with the permission of the author and the editor.

We kindly ask you to follow the rules for preparing, completing  manuscripts for the South Archives (Philological Sciences) Collection of Scientific Papers. Author's manuscripts must be drawn up in accordance with state standards and meet the requirements of the Decree of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine No. 7-05 / 1 of 15.01.2003: «... to accept only scientific articles that have the following necessary elements: statement of the problem in general form and its relation to important scientific or practical tasks; an analysis of the latest research and publications in which the problem is solved and which the author relies on; highlighting previously unselected parts of the general problem addressed by the article; formulating the goals of the article (setting the task); presentation of the main research material with full justification of the scientific results; conclusions from this study and prospects for further exploration in this area ”(Bulletin of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine, No. 1, 2003).

Requirements for the design of the text of the manuscript
1. Articles are accepted in Ukrainian, Russian, English, German, French, Spanish.
2. A4 format. Fields: upper and lower - 20 mm, left - 35 mm, right - 15 mm; font - 14; line spacing - 1.5; paragraph indent - 1.25.
3. Author's notes are issued at the end of pages using the * symbol as a footnote. Article Volume 7 to 20 pages

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
The sequence of placement of structural elements in a scientific article:
1. Indicated in the language of the article:
•name;
• surname, first name, patronymic of the author (s) (max. Two persons);
• degree, academic title (if any), position, place of work / study, e-mail address;
• ORCID ID code. If the author is not registered with ORCID, be sure to create an account at http://orcid.org/;
• abstract and keywords.
Annotation volume: 1800 characters without spaces (300-350 words). The following annotation structure is required: Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Annotation is sure to include 5-10 keywords or phrases, neither of which duplicates the article title.

2. Indicated in English:

3. Article text:
Introduction is an indispensable part of the work in which the author indicates the novelty of the topic and the relevance of scientific decisions. The purpose of the study should be clearly stated along with the research objectives. It is necessary to specify the methodology of the study, the logic of presentation of the studied material.

The main text should be divided into content sections with separate headings (up to 4-6 words).
The article should contain conclusions from the study (Conclusions), which presents detailed conclusions on the results of the study and the prospects for further research in this direction.

The bibliographic description of the list shall be made taking into account the DSTU 8302: 2015 developed in 2015 by the National Standard of Ukraine “Information and documentation. Bibliographic reference. General Terms and Conditions of Assembly. "

The transliteration of Ukrainian names is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On streamlining the transliteration of the Ukrainian alphabet in Latin” from January 27, 2010 No. 55.
Transliteration from the Russian language is carried out in accordance with GOST 7.79-2000. A system of standards for information, library and publishing. The rules of transliteration of the Cyrillian alphabet.
Rules for designing references and references:
References to the literature are given in text only in parentheses according to the example:
(Bovsunovskaya, 2009).
If a source page is indicated, it is fed through a colon, for example (Polishchuk, 2001).

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Editorial fee is 900UAH for one article up to 12 pages. If the article exceeds the stated volume, then it is necessary to pay 50 hryvnia for each page.

The editors of the collection of scientific works conduct internal anonymous peer review of the articles and check for plagiarism, after which the authors receive the requisites for payment of the publication fee.
PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF MATERIALS

In order to publish the article in issue 81 it is necessary to send the following materials by e-mail to the edition of the collection by April 17, 2020 (inclusive):
1) certificate of the author;
2) the article;
4) a scanned electronic copy of the proof of payment of the editorial fee after reviewing the article (after receiving the review results).
