According to the decision of Conference of Labor Collective, Professor, Doctor of Philology Oleg Mishukov, acting as rector of KSU, has been recommended to the Ministry of Science, Education, Youth and Sport of Ukraine as a candidate for the position of rector of Kherson State University.
