IBM Ph.D. Fellowship Award Program is a yearly international research contest in the key spheres for IBM. IBM Ph.D. Fellowships grants are given to full-time post-graduate students nominated by their science tutors. IBM Grants for Post-Graduate Students» for 2010-2011 academic year.
