An enlarged session of the Scientific and Technical Council of the National Program «Information and communication technologies in education and science» 2006 – 2010 was held on 22nd-23rd December 2009 at the Ministry of Education and Science (voted: 22nd December 2009 Jakimenko Yu.I., chairman of STC Program of ICT, the first vice-rector of NTUU «KPI» of Ministry of Education and Science, academician of National Academy of Sciences, Ph.D., professor; 23rd December 2009 Spivakovskiy O.V., member of STC Program of ICT, the vice-rector on scientific and pedagogical affairs, informational technologies and international relationship at Kherson State University of Ministry of Education and Science, Ph.D., professor). Kherson State University presented reports on the main results of scientific and technical works according to the following contracts:
1. №ІТ/583-2009 «Development of electronic documents on distance learning for higher pedagogical education» (speaker: professor O.V. Spivakovskiy);
2. №ІТ/541-2009 «Development of an integrated environmental monitoring of student’s knowledge of economical and mathematical disciplines of regulatory part of institution of higher education for the speciality 6.050100 «Enterprise Economy», 6.050101 «Economic Theory» (speaker: associate professor M.S. Lvov);
3. №ІТ/542-2009 «Internet portal development of distance learning ECDL for higher pedagogical education» (speaker: associate professor G. M. Kravtsov).
The scientific and technical council of State program resolved that annual scientific results of Kherson State University were completely implemented according to the requirements specification and within the period of specified schedule.
