Requirements for the candidates:
Head of Department - availability of scientific doctoral degree or PhD and academic rank of professor or assistant professor; honors;
Associate Professor - the presence and level of candidate degree or doctorate; the availability and level of academic rank of assistant professor (senior researcher); availability of honorary degrees;
senior teacher, teacher assistant - availability of education-qualification degree, Candidate of Sciences degree.
