Open lecture of professor Sergiy Kuzmenkov on "Black hole. The theory and Observations"
9 December 2015 to 5 th year held an open lecture on astrophysics professor Sergiy Kuzmenkov on "Black hole. The theory and observation." Was prepared for a lecture interesting and informative presentation. This lecture is the completion of a large study of the "Evolution of the stars", and is a certain generalization of the knowledge that students have about black holes and a school of popular television programs and films. Professor Kuzmenkov elaborated on the history of the study these amazing objects, history of the term "black hole", and explained the meaning of terms such as "event horizon", "collapse", "black hole" and others. It was very interesting to learn about the different considerations of the scientists and lecturer on the journey to the black hole and the possible consequences of such a trip. During the lectures, students learned that the black hole - not just the final stage in the evolution of massive stars, and it is wonderful and has not cracked the object that excites the imagination of scientists and science fiction writers. However, with high probability it can be argued that black holes observed in the Universe and their investigation is continuing. On peculiarities of observation and study black holes professor Kuzmenkov described in detail in the lecture.
The lecture attended training department employees and teachers. All the participants were not only pleasant impressions of the lectures, as well as many interesting information about black holes.
