DNPB Ukraine. V. Sukhomlynsky as the main coordinating scientific center network of educational libraries in the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine for the comprehensive performance of the libraries reflected in statistical reporting forms, first attempted to determine the rankings of special scientific libraries NAPS of Ukraine, regional libraries ITTIs Libraries and universities III-IV accreditation level pedagogical and engineering and teaching profiles. In 2014, a statistical analysis involved 61 library, including 30 university libraries.
