Speaker - Alison Ferrett – Customer Success Manager at Elsevier; supports clients regarding the responsible use of the company's research solutions.
Previously, Alison worked for 14 years at the University of Plymouth in a research environment, with the last five years – as a Research Information Officer, responsible for the implementation and administration of information systems. She successfully implemented and promoted a number of systems, including SciVal, to support the university's research strategy.
