The KSU selection committee has provided recommendations regarding the filling of vacant NPP positions.
On September 10, a meeting of the competition committee took place at Kherson State University. The event was held under the chairmanship of KSU Rector Oleksandr Spivakovsky.
Also participating were the first vice-rector, vice-rectors, deans, heads of specialized departments, and scientific and pedagogical staff who submitted documents to participate in the competition for filling vacant scientific and pedagogical positions.
The meeting was moderated by the Rector of KSU, Oleksandr Spivakovsky. He noted that the competition committee is considering the candidacies of 4 individuals. Specifically: two female candidates for the positions of associate professor of the Department of Special Education, a candidate for the position of associate professor of the Department of Culture and Arts, and also – the candidacy of a professor at the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering.
During the discussion and determination of the terms for concluding contracts, the applicants' scores were taken into account for:
- scientific research and international activity;
- scientific-organizational and organizational-artistic activity;
- publication of activity results;
- educational activity;
- socio-humanitarian work;
- scientific and pedagogical potential;
- rating indicators.
Based on these scores, contestants were offered certain terms for concluding contracts.
The members of the competition committee unanimously supported all candidacies:
- Lidiia Drozd - for the position of associate professor of the Department of Special and Inclusive Education;
- Vira Liashko - for the position of associate professor of the Department of Special Education and Inclusive Education;
- Nataliia Hunko - for the position of associate professor of the Department of Culture and Arts;
- Vitalii Kobets - for the position of professor of the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering.
Subsequently, the recommendations of the competition committee will be considered at the meetings of the Academic Council of KSU and the academic councils of the faculties.
