Meeting with First‑Year Students
On August 31, a meeting was held between the faculty members and first-year students of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology and Social Work.
At the beginning of the event, the Dean of the Faculty, Nataliia Anatoliivna Voropai, addressed the students with words of welcome, wishing the first-year students successful studies, engaging student years, new opportunities and professional growth.
During the meeting, the students were introduced to the structure and composition of the faculty, the specifics of its activities, educational directions and the opportunities available to them.
he first-year students also learned about the work of the Pedagogical Department. Liubov Yevhenivna Petukhova, Head of the Pedagogical Department, presented its structure, specializations, educational opportunities and key features of the study process.
In addition, the students were introduced to the activities of the Department of Psychology, History and Sociology. Iryna Vasylivna Shaposhnykova, Head of the Department, spoke about its areas of work, educational programs and opportunities available to students.
The Heads of the Student Council — Anna Bokhonko and Rostyslav Yevsiukov — also addressed the first-year students, presenting student self-governance, activities, events, initiatives and ways to get involved in faculty life.
University life is not only about studying — it is also about new connections, experiences, creativity, self-expression and countless opportunities for personal development.
