During the speech, the professor drew attention to the fact that the digital transformation of higher education significantly changes the professional activities of a teacher. The use of artificial intelligence, digital platforms, distance learning, electronic document management, and automated assessment not only opens up new opportunities but also creates psychological, professional, and ethical challenges. Among the factors that can lead to professional deformation, the lecturer highlighted information overload, digital stress, the need for continuous mastery of new technologies, and intensive online communication.

Vasyl Stratonov characterized the main manifestations and types of professional deformation, their impact on the activities of scientific and pedagogical staff, and also specifically addressed the problem of professional burnout, its characteristic signs, and ways of timely recognition. Significant attention was paid to practical approaches to prevention, including the development of digital culture and digital hygiene, psychological self-regulation, rational workload planning, full rest, and creating an environment at the university that promotes the preservation of the professional health of teachers.

«Professional deformation of a teacher in the context of digital transformation is a complex psychological-pedagogical and organizational problem. Its successful resolution is possible only under the condition of combining the personal responsibility of the teacher, the effective policy of the higher education institution, and state support for the development of digital education. It is precisely the harmonious combination of modern digital technologies with the humanistic values of university education that allows for the preservation of the teacher's professional mastery, their creative potential, psychological health, and the high quality of the educational process», – summarized Vasyl Stratonov.

After the lecture ended, the participants of the Summer School joined the discussion of the issues raised, shared their own thoughts, and thanked the speaker for a substantive and practically oriented presentation.
