The document defines the organizational principles of cooperation between the universities regarding the creation of proper conditions for the temporary residence of students and employees of Kherson State University in the dormitories of Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University.

As KSU Rector Oleksandr Spivakovsky noted, the signing of the Memorandum means that students, faculty, and staff of Kherson State University will continue to have the opportunity to reside free of charge in the dormitories of the partner university.

«For a relocated university, this is not just a matter of living conditions. It is – about dignity. About a sense of support. About the opportunity to study, work, and build a future, despite the war.

I am sincerely grateful to Valentyna Mykhailivna, the entire team of Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University, and its student community for the support we have been feeling for five years already», – emphasized Oleksandr Spivakovsky.

According to the Memorandum, the parties proceed from the premise that such cooperation is a component of supporting the continuity of the educational process, preserving the university community of Kherson State University, and ensuring proper social and living conditions for its members.

Among the main areas of cooperation:
