KSU and Uman National University are working on the implementation of the KSU24 digital ecosystem
July 7, KSU Rector Oleksandr Spivakovskyi, together with the Vice-Rector for Digitalization, Innovation and Investment Activity Oleksandr Lemeshchuk, worked at Uman National University on the implementation of the KSU24 digital ecosystem.
Recently, the Academic Council of Uman National University unanimously supported the implementation of KSU24 into the educational and management processes of the institution.
"For us, this is significantly more than the start of a new project. It is trust in the experience of Kherson State University, which we gained under extremely difficult conditions of relocation and digital transformation. It is confirmation that the solutions created by our team are effective, modern, and can be scaled to other universities in Ukraine. We also well understand the level of responsibility. For along with trust comes the duty to ensure quality implementation, support, and further development of the digital ecosystem. We thank the Acting Rector of Uman National University Olena Yaroshynska, Vice-Rector Mykhailo Maliovanyi, and the UMU community for their openness to partnership, constructive dialogue, and readiness for change," noted Oleksandr Spivakovsky, and emphasized that much joint work, new ideas, and successful results lie ahead.
"In particular, we discussed the participation of Uman University as a partner in an international project of the Horizon Europe program, for which Kherson State University is preparing an application. The project is dedicated to the preservation, digitalization, and use of natural scientific heritage for research on biodiversity, climate change, and sustainable development. It involves creating modern digital infrastructure for natural collections, primarily herbaria and other botanical specimens. We continue to work. We are developing digital education and science. Together, we are building modern Ukrainian higher education," – summarized Oleksandr Spivakovsky.
