On June 28, 2026, the 4th Southern Shevchenko Rock Festival "Kobzar" took place in Odesa. This vibrant and emotionally inspiring event brought together admirers of Ukrainian culture, music, and the creative legacy of Taras Shevchenko.

We are especially proud that the festival was organized by graduates of the Department of Culture and Arts of Kherson State University, majoring in Culturology:
