KSU24 expands its presence: The Academic Council of Uman National University supported the implementation of our digital ecosystem KSU24.

“Walls can be destroyed. The University – no. This thesis became the foundation of our KSU24 platform, which helped Kherson State University not just to withstand, but also to build an advanced digital management model. Today we are taking the next big step – sharing our experience and technologies with colleagues.”, – emphasized the Rector of KSU Oleksandr Spivakovskyi.

Vice-Rector for Digitalization of Kherson State University Oleksandr Lemeshchuk and Assistant to the Rector on Strategic Issues, Acting Head of the KSU Center for Digital Expertise Maksym Poltoratskyi presented the capabilities of the KSU24 platform at a meeting of the Academic Council of Uman National University. The result – unanimous support!

The Academic Council of UNU adopted two strategic decisions:

  •  to take note of the information regarding the functional capabilities of our information system for the digitalization of their institution.
  • to begin work on cooperation mechanisms and the phased deployment of KSU24 at Uman National University, taking into account their internal needs.

The Rector of KSU Oleksandr Spivakovskyi explained why KSU24 receives such a response:

“A true mentor should not spend time on bureaucracy. Our ecosystem quietly takes over the routine, freeing up resources for science and live communication with students”.

During the presentation, the focus was on the main values of the platform, which will now also work for UNU through:

  • time savings thanks to the automation of reports, electronic journals, and approvals;
  • management analytics;
  • absolute security and local AI;
  • a single ecosystem with integration into Diia and EDEBO.

Work on the adaptation and deployment of the system will follow.
