Requirements for candidates:
- age from 18 to 35 years, Ukrainian citizenship, no criminal record;
- for candidates under 25 years old - completion or undergoing military training is required (reserve officer training or other military training);
- for candidates aged 25 and older - being in the reserve of the AFU / on military register (reservation or deferment is permitted);
- higher education (Bachelor or Master) with a level of academic performance not below average;
- fitness for military service based on health status;
- psychological resilience for working in difficult conditions.
We are looking for people who:

- think quickly and make responsible decisions;
- can work in a team;
- maintain composure and discipline.
