From May 28–31, 2026, the International Arts Competition “U-Talent 2026” took place in Tel Aviv, Israel, bringing together talented performers, artists, educators, and cultural figures from around the world.

We are especially proud that Mykola Levchenko, Professor of the Department of Culture and Arts at Kherson State University, was invited to serve on the panel of the competition’s highly professional international jury. Participation in the work of such a prestigious international arts event is a testament to the high level of expertise and international recognition of the faculty members of the Department of Culture and Arts at KSU.

The participants and jury members express their sincere gratitude to the festival and competition organizer, Ora Ashkinadze, for the outstanding organization of the event, the warm and inspiring creative atmosphere, the high professional standards, generous hospitality, and for creating a space that fostered cultural dialogue, artistic exchange, and support for talented artists from across the globe.

Such artistic events not only discover and promote new talents but also strengthen international cultural ties, encourage professional growth, and contribute to the promotion of Ukrainian art on the global stage.
