A meeting with alumni of the 'Therapy and Rehabilitation' specialty took place at KSU.
On June 11, the first vice-rector of Kherson State University Serhii Omelchuk, vice-rector for socio-humanitarian and scientific-pedagogical work Veronika Denysenko, dean of the medical faculty Ihor Holovchenko, and head of the Department of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Oksana Lavrykova met with bachelor's level graduates of the specialty «Therapy and Rehabilitation».
As KSU Rector Oleksandr Spivakovskyi emphasized, this is an important event both for the students themselves and for our university. Today they passed the final stage of the unified state qualification exam - a practically oriented exam. Before this, they took "Krok", so we await the results and believe in everyone's success.
It is especially pleasing that out of 18 graduates, 12 have already registered to take the EVI session, and thus have the desire to continue their studies in a master's program. Of course, we are very much looking forward to seeing them at Kherson State University.
"The Medical Faculty of KSU has a special significance today. In the conditions of war, daily injuries, and the need for the physical and psychological recovery of the country, specialists in therapy and rehabilitation are extremely needed.
We are proud of our graduates. They have chosen a difficult but very important path - to help people recover, to restore movement, strength, and faith in themselves.
I thank the teachers of the medical faculty for their professional training, support, and faith in the students.
I thank our students for their perseverance, endurance, and desire to move forward.
Congratulations on completing the bachelor's level of education! Ahead are new opportunities, a master's degree, professional development, and a great mission of serving people", – noted Oleksandr Spivakovskyi.
