"Integrity is Our Conscious Choice!"

Integrity is one of the core values of public service and local government, as it forms the very foundation of transparent governance, responsible decision-making, and the development of a democratic state. Fostering these values within the younger generation, who are already shaping the future of Ukraine today, is of paramount importance.

On May 14, 2026, on the initiative of the Volyn Regional Charitable Foundation "Child's Mission. Ukraine" and in cooperation with the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, a short video competition themed "Integrity is Our Conscious Choice!" was held. The Faculty of Education of Kherson State University was honored to join this initiative.

With the support of the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Education, Professor Liubov PETUKHOVA, the motivation of the student council led by Alyona BALYOKHA, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Preschool and Primary Education, and the dedication of the video creators, the faculty demonstrated its civic stance, creative approach, critical thinking, and a conscious attitude towards the principles of integrity.

While the participation resulted in a certificate of appreciation, this is just the beginning. It serves as an important message from Kherson State University regarding our intentions, plans, and vision for the future as conscious citizens striving to contribute to state-building processes!
