KSU signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Caritas-Ivano-Frankivsk Charitable Foundation of the UGCC
The Ivano-Frankivsk office of Kherson State University was visited by the director of the «Caritas-Ivano-Frankivsk UGCC» Charity Foundation, Father Volodymyr Chornii.
The Rector of KSU Oleksandr Spivakovsky, together with the Vice-Rector for Social-Humanitarian and Scientific-Pedagogical Work Veronika Denysenko and the Director of the "Caritas-Ivano-Frankivsk UGCC" Charitable Foundation, discussed directions for future cooperation and signed a Memorandum of Partnership between Kherson State University and the charitable organization.

The Rector of KSU commented that the partnership involves joining efforts to support veterans, their family members, families of the fallen and missing, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable categories of the population:
“It is about expanding access to quality education, retraining and upskilling programs, the development of professional and entrepreneurial competencies, and supporting employment and economic integration. Also, an important direction of cooperation will be the formation of an inclusive environment and the creation of new opportunities for the personal and professional development of people who require special support.”
After the official part, a tour of the university was conducted for the guest, telling about the transformation of KSU under relocation conditions, and our educational and digital projects. And as a memento of the meeting, a signature “Kherson” cake was presented.
“For Kherson State University, it is extremely important to develop cooperation with the community of Ivano-Frankivsk, which has become a second home for us. It is through partnership, trust, and joint social initiatives that we can create new opportunities for people and make our contribution to the restoration and development of Ukraine,” emphasized KSU Rector Oleksandr Spivakovsky.
