«Our students had not just a day of learning, but a true marathon of endurance, grace, and precision. While some are looking for motivation, we create it in every class», - said Ivan Glukhov, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports.
The following activities took place during the day: Sports gymnastics: Working on flexibility, strength, and ideal balance.
Our students honed complex coordination elements on equipment and proved that: discipline is the foundation of any success. Archery: Maximum focus, endurance, and nerves of steel.
Students learned to control their breathing, catch the moment, and send arrows precisely at the target.
Concentration skills that will be needed not only in sports but also in life.
«Sport is not just movement, it is character that we forge every day at every training session! We are proud of our students, who become stronger, faster, and more professional with every class!», - noted Ivan Glukhov.
