KSU students won prize-winning places in competitions
Students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Kherson State University continue to win prizes in various competitions.
Golden start for a first-year student!
First-year student of the "Physical Culture and Sport" educational program Polina Dzerozhynska took 1st place at the Ukrainian Team Championship.
Based on the selection results, Polina will represent Ukraine at an international match in Poland, which will take place as early as June 6.
Bronze double!
Student Anna Drusinova had a successful performance at the final stage of canoeing and kayaking competitions.
Following the results of the final day of competition, third-year student of the "Physical Culture and Sport" educational program Anna Drusinova demonstrated a high level of preparation. As part of the fours crews, she took honorable 3rd places in the K4-500m and K4-200m distances.
Previously, Anna demonstrated true skill and endurance:
- 3rd place - in a double kayak at the Olympic distance (K2-500m);
- 1st place - in a mixed crew (K2-500m).
Also, on the first day of the Ukrainian Canoe and Kayak Championship for youth under 23, Anna Drusinova took:
- 2nd place - K1-1000 m;
- 1st place - K2-1000 m.
